Return & Refund Policy

1. Requesting a Return

Contact service@sywxeo.com within 30 calendar days after delivery to request an eligible return. Give your order number, the item name, and the reason. Wait for the approved destination and instructions; our business address is not automatically a return facility.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

Keep the item unused, complete, and undamaged, with its accessories and protective packaging where possible. Opening a parcel for reasonable inspection does not itself prevent a return. Personalized items and goods clearly marked non-returnable before purchase may be excluded, subject to mandatory rights.

3. Shipping and Refunds

You pay return shipping for a change of mind; original delivery charges are generally excluded from that refund. We charge no restocking fee. After receipt, inspection, and approval, we initiate refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your provider may need additional posting time.

4. Problems with a Timepiece

Report damage, missing components, incorrect goods, or an operating fault promptly. Explain the issue and provide photographs or a short video where useful. If we ask you to check the power supply, follow only the product instructions and use the specified battery or adapter. Do not force the hands, dismantle the movement, or attempt a repair.

We will provide an appropriate remedy for confirmed defects or fulfillment errors without passing the costs of our error to you. Normal vintage-style finishing does not excuse damage or a material mismatch with the description.

5. Exchanges, Cancellations, and Rights

Exchanges depend on stock. Request cancellation immediately; it may be unavailable once fulfillment starts. Nothing here removes consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.
